Es war schon mein zweiter Aufenthalt und ich war vollends zufrieden. Am besten gefällt mir, dass man an der Rezeption zu sehr moderaten Preisen Getränke kaufen kann.

Alles perfekt wie immer, alle freundlich und zuvorkommend. Jederzeit gerne wieder.

Hôtel très propre. Personnel particulièrement accueillant et serviable. La localisation dans le centre de Florence est un réel atout. Les chambres sont bien dimensionnées.

My husband and I stayed 7 nights at this very well located hotel. We mentioned to each other how much we love the room, the view and the sound of bells coming from the Duomo each day. Our room was cleaned daily, replacement of towels - as to be expected. The breakfast was plentiful and timely. What we loved was how welcomed we felt every time we walked in after a long day, or as we readied to leave in the morning. The desk staff engaged with us about our travels and plans. They recommended a local place for the Florentine steak. Fabulous local fare... not a place for tourist. Thank you!

Albergo comodissimo e facilmente raggiungibile dalla stazione. Centrale per poter visitare tutti i posti più belli di Firenze. Il Personale è gentile ed educato. L'ho già consigliato ai miei amici e spero di tornarci presto

We loved our stay and the great customer service! Everyone was very kind and helpful each day of our stay. The central location also made touring very easy! Overall, great stay.

The location is terrific, 3-4 min casual walk to Duomo, staff was very nice and helpful and the breakfast was satisfying, nice variety. The shower was extremely small despite the fact the room was very spacious ( had a quad room) that had the toilet and sink in one room and the shower and a second sink in another. Overall stay was good, hotel is small, but comfy considering we spent very little time in the room.

Value for money , clean , located in the heart of the city and close proximity to all main tourist attractions. Friendly staffs and good food. I shall prefer to stay again and also recommend to friends
